Bright and airy 4 bedroom apartment. Main floor of a 2 unit home. Eat in kitchen with an island and table. Fully stocked for a long term stay. Beautiful solid hardwood floors throughout. Renovated bathroom. Large living room area with a fireplace and sectional sofa to curl up on. Deck off of one of the bedrooms(which was converted from a diningroom to a bedroom off of the kitchen area) Close to all amenities and public transit. Perfect for comfortable everyday living or entertaining.

Absolutely no smoking in the property and no parties. Quiet time is 10pm, as there is a tenant that lives below this unit.
